Ciao a tutte 🙂 Ci tenevamo davvero a farvi vedere il contenuto della box di questo mese, per un motivo che scoprirete subito, perciò questo post arriva in ritardissimo ma arriva!
Il motivo per cui ci teniamo è che, in realtà, non ci siamo riabbonate a Sugarbox, l’abbiamo “ricevuta” per “caso” 🙂 Infatti, quella ciecata di Alessandra si è recata un giorno di fine ottobre da Salmoiraghi & Viganò per riordinare le proprie lenti a contatto e, proprio in negozio, ha scoperto che con l’acquisto di tre confezioni tra lenti a contatto AirOptix normali e per astigmatici (che, guarda caso, sono entrambe quelle che lei utilizza per i suoi occhi!) si poteva ricevere in regalo una SugarBox! Abbiamo approfittato subito e siamo anche state felici di scoprire che questa box era davvero buona 🙂
Hi everyone 🙂 We know it’s terribly late, but we still wanted to share this post with you all, for a simple reason that we’re about to tell you. So, even if late, here is the unboxing of the October’s Sugarbox. . The truth is we didn’t renovate our subscription to this service, the reason why we received October’s Box is actually luck. In fact, at the very end of October, Alessandra, who’s kinda blind haha, went to Salmoiraghi & Viganò, a local contacts store, to reorder her usual contacts. And she discovered that by buying 3 packs of AirOptix contacts (actually, the ones she always uses and was about to buy!) you could get a free SugarBox! We couldn’t not take the chance and we were kinda happy to discover that October’s box was actually a good one 🙂
YouTube è ciò che ci ha avvicinate più di tutto alla beauty community. Entrambe siamo iscritte a moltissimi canali, ci piace tantissimo guardare i nuovi video, che siano tutorial, consigli, nail art, acconciature per capelli. Insomma, qualunque cosa legata al mondo della bellezza. Ed è per questo che cominciamo oggi questa nuova serie di post, che vuole essere per lo più un omaggio a YouTube, a tutti i canali a cui siamo iscritte, a tutti i video che migliaia di ragazze là fuori filmano, editano e caricano ogni giorno, per condividere se stesse, proprio come facciamo noi con i nostri blog. Ogni settimana con il titolo “Il video della settimana” condivideremo il video che più ci ha ispirate di più, ci ha insegnato qualcosa di nuovo, o ci ha fatte semplicemente divertire. Youtube is what first put us in contact with the beauty community. We both are subscribed to a lot of channels, we love watching the new videos that come out everyday, all of them! Tutorials, beauty tips, nail art, hair styles and so on. All thing beauty! That’s why we decided to start this new post series, that is meant as a tribute to YouTube, to all the channels we are subscribed to, to all the videos that thousands of girls out there film, edit and upload everyday, just to share themselves with the world, just like us bloggers do. Every week, under the name “Video of the week”, we are going to share the video that inspired us most, that taught us something, or just that we enjoyed most during the week. Sono molto felice di scrivere questo post, perché è sempre bello ricredersi su un prodotto di cui non si era felici 🙂 Sto parlando del mascara che ho recensito qualche mese fa, che aveva il problemuccio di essere troppo bagnato e lasciare una valanga di prodotto sulle ciglia, che si appiccicavano e dovevano essere ripulite, e via dicendo. Sto scrivendo oggi perché voglio aggiornare la recensione con le mie ultime impressioni 🙂
I am very happy to be writing this post, because it’s always good to change your mind about a product you weren’t happy with 🙂 I am talking about the mascara that I reviewed a few months ago, that had the problem of being too wet and leave your lashes with a huge amount of sticky product on them, that made them clumpy and they needed immediate “cleaning” and so on. I am writing today because I want to update this review with my latest thoughts 🙂

Another empties post 😀 We are very proud of ourselves this time, because we managed to use up a few make-up products, so we are very much satisfied 🙂 Let’s not waste any more time then!
We don’t normally include our shower gels in the empties, because just like the make-up remover or deodorant (you’ll read about it in this post XD) they are not the kind of product that we choose personally. We usually ask our father to buy them at the supermarket or use the ones we already have at home 🙂 However, this time, I want to mention this product because I bought it on my own when I was in Hungary on holiday (infact we don’t have Rossman here in Italy) and I loved it. The smell was amazing: maracuja and coconut 🙂
BioClin deodermial deodorant (MICHELA)
Essendo pensato per problemi di ipersudorazione da variazione ormonale mi aspettavo un’azione veramente efficace, molto più di quella che realmente ha. Non ho notato particolari differenze rispetto ai normali deodoranti. Non so quanto costi a prezzo pieno (l’ho trovato nella SugarBox!) ma non spenderei tutti quei soldi (visto che sicuro non è economico) per comprarlo 🙂
It’s meant for hyperperspiration due to hormonal changes, so I thought it would be very effective. But it actually isn’t! I haven’t noticed particular differences between this one and other regular deodorants. I don’t know the full price (I found it in the SugarBox) but I wouldn’t spend all that money (I’m pretty sure it isn’t cheap) for this deodorant 🙂
This deodorant works exactly like the previous one, for example. But it costs way less money and you can find it at the drugstore or supermarket. It’s not amazing, I still haven’t found the perfect deodorant. Any recommendations? 🙂
I finished this deodorant but it took me a little bit of effort because I have other ones that I use, so I really had to “commit” to it. In my opinion it’s pretty good, works fine and lasts quite long 🙂 However I don’t know if I will ever buy it again, because I always ask my father to buy me a deo, I don’t care which one!
I bought these wipes at a local store for just 0,99€, they are 64 so I thought it was a good deal! I always use baby wipes, often also to remove my make-up (in those days when I am too lazy). I prefer to use that kind of wipes because I think they are more gentle and they are not drying at all, unlike the majority of make-up remover wipes (in my opinion). These ones are good, the last ones started to get dry but however I think they are really good and I am going to buy them again as soon as I find that offer. I recommend trying them 😉

Che dire, è uno struccante normale.. Strucca, non è di quelli bifasici o a base oleosa ma rimuove anche il trucco waterproof. Ogni volta dopo averlo usato ci laviamo comunque la faccia. Lo ricompriamo sempre.
What can we say, it’s a regular make-up remover. It removes make-up, it’s not a biphasic one or oily one but it removes waterproof make-up aswell. However we always wash our face after using it. We always buy it.
I bought these some time ago, when my skin seemed to have worsened. You must apply them and leave it for 8 hours, so I put it on before going to bed, and in the morning nothing had changed. I will never buy them again and I would never recommend them!
I used this hair mask sample that Michi found in the SugarBox 🙂 I really liked it, but of course I can’t say if it helps repair your hair, since I only could use it 4 times. Yes, I’d buy it, if I found a wallet with 5 thousand euros in it XD
Our sister bought it to me (yes, we have another one haha) at a local store called Capello Point. I really liked it, I had mentioned it to you previously 🙂 However I am not going to buy it now that it’s finished because I am already using another one that I kinda like 🙂
Do you remember this foundation? right, it was one of the products we wanted to use up *-* I actually loved it (as you can see I cut the bottle to use it til the very last drop!) so I am not very happy it’s finished! My shade was Natural Beige and it was perfect for my skin color. The coverage was medium, I’d say, but it left the complexion smooth and cashmere looking (and feeling), exactly as it claims to do! Right now I have so many foundations but I would buy it again!
It was one of the products I wanted to use up too 🙂 It’s a very good foundation. It leaves your complexion matte and your skin so silky. The only bad thing about it is that due to its texture it emphasizes dry areas, for example around the nose. However I think I will buy it again sometime 🙂
I’ve been using it for ages really (it, again, was in that post XD). Til the very last drop. I liked it, it’s nothing special but doesn’t have negative things either. The brush is tiny and very flexible, just as I like it to be 🙂 I won’t buy it again, I want to try other ones.

Essendo un brand low cost, c’è sempre il rischio di rimanere delusi da alcuni prodotti, ma anche di trovarsi particolarmente bene con alcuni di loro, il che è sempre positivo quando si può evitare di dissanguare il portafoglio 😀 Noi abbiamo già provato davvero tanti prodotti E.l.f., quindi ci sembrava il momento di scrivere questo post e condividere con voi quello che ci piace e non ci piace di questa marca 🙂

Being E.l.f. a low cost brand, the risk of being disappointed by the products is always around the corner. But you might also love some products and, when it’s like that, how could you not be happy,since you’ve only paid a few bucks?:D We have already tried a lot of their products, so the time has come to share with you some products we love, and some products we don’t like 🙂
